General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
welcome to HCM
i appreciate your concern
viral diarrhoea is self limiting it will subside in due course of time
you need not to worry just give your baby plenty of fluids and ORS to counter dehydration caused by diarrhoea
wipe baby gently otherwise you can injure perianal area apply talc to maintain its moisture

You can ask for rota virus vaccine
look for signs of dehydration refusal to feed
seek immediate medical help in such a case

Hope I have answered your question
thanks
take care
