Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Gastritis Followed By Constipation

Hello doctor, Week ago I had a Diarrhea for one day than it stopped and I bow normal but I had a white stuff in my bow after that they were less and now they are gone. but I am having trouble when I am in the bathroom I want to bow I am bowing but a little bit no much than I am felling i am not done but there is no bow and now I say a very small red thing I thing it was a very light small blood maybe. And I am having a lot of gas.... I am very worried don t know what to do and what is going on I am very nervous please help.

I advice you to go to a surgeon for per rectal examination. Alternate diarrhea and constipation and blood stained stool not suggesting a good sign. Per rectal examination is necessary to rule out any rectal mass/piles/malignancy.
