Suggest Treatment For Gastritis

Hi, I go through periods of days to weeks with constant tiny burps. I have no pain, no diarrhea, sometimes constipation, and bloating. It's better after a bowel movement, and worse when my stomach is empty. So many different
options! Being evaluated for mast cell disorder next week....don't know if it's involved. Thanks!
