Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea Along With Vomiting And Burping

Sunday I vomited and had diarrhea all day and night. Towards the end it was yellow, diarrhea and vomit. I have had very little to eat since then however I feel bloated and passing gas and burping. Is it possible I am constipated? I had a chicken sandwich on Monday. Yesterday and today I had few slices of canned peaches bout 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 1/2 cup applesauce each day. If this is not free please don t reply.

Well come to HCM
Most of the diarrhoea are self limiting and hydration is the matter of concern only, else this would come around on its own, some this this due t some infection and then it may need some antibiotic but this need to be clinically diagnosed, take care and have a nice day.
