General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit. Consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated. Antidepressants like SSRI may be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
