Hello,

Since you have a history of broken relationship, difficulty in focusing in your work & depression is natural.

You can take the help of antidepressants, anti anxiety medicines to feel better. You can take Adderall if it helps you to focus.

However, you are suggested not to get dependent on these, do not get addicted to medicines.

Physiotherapy & Psychotherapy is also effective to relieve depression. While physiotherapy helps you get active, strengthens your strength & muscles; it also helps good blood circulation for a healthy body & fit mind.

Do physical exercises under an expert. Psychotherapy includes cognitive behavioral therapy or interpersonal therapy, talk therapy or psychological therapy.

Psychotherapy under a Counselor is effective. It will help de stress & come out of depression.

Set realistic goals, develop positive interactions with friends & relatives, adjust to the current difficult situation, learn to accept distress, cope with hopelessness & anger.

Take food that have anti depressant (leafy greens, lettuce, peppers, and cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale) qualities, nutrition matters. Take food that is your favorite, pamper yourself.

Take whole food rich in nutrients to enhance brain function & reduce depression. From time to time take Omega-3 fatty acids, B vitamins, vitamin D, and magnesium. Take adequate sleep.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
