Hi, for months now, I have been having random and sudden palpitations, with a very hard and rapid beating. I had two ekgs recently. They both show non specific ST changes and ST junctional depression. I have really bad anxiety and panic disorder also. I m trying not to think this is cardiac related. Is this anything to worry about, or most liked caused from my panic attacks? Thank you for any and all help. mins very healthy 34 yr female that works out 6 days a week and very in to fitness.
You have anxiety disorder and due to anxiety, sometime non-specific changes come on ECG. There is nothing to worry about it. Just stay calm and relax. You can try some relaxation exercise that would keep to calm and relax. In case, such symptoms persists, then you can take help of a psychiatrist or psychologist.
Thanks
