Suggest Treatment For Dark And Smelly Stools
For a week or so my stool has been very very dark and smells like fish. also starting at the same time I am constantly hungry even after I have eaten more than usual, ie. 3 sandwiches and a bowl of cereal then an hour later ill be so hungry I m shaking.

Here for excess apetite following causes has to be looked for...
-Diabetes
-Hyperthyroidism
-depression
-anxiety etc
Caused searched for and treated accordingly if needed
Second here for dark stool drug history and further complaint like abdominal pain asked for
Dark stool can be from chronic enteritis infection or inflammatory bowel disease like cause
If needed occult blood test and stool routine micro examination done first
Than if bacterial enteritis suspected , proper antibiotic course prescribed
Take healthy and balanced diet
Consult physician for examination
