Suggest Treatment For Dandruff And Severe Hair Loss

Hi Sir, I Have hair loss problem from last 8 years. Since last 8 years never consult any doctor. Age 29. Initially I thought reason is stress & worry. Initially my body hair also dark now they thicken. I have dandruff problem. Few days back I consult one MD dermitologist.. he given me below medicines; 1. Finasteride Tablets IP 1 mg 2. Keraglo men 3. Solution - Mx 5 minoxidil Is anyone tell me its correct treatment for my hairloss? Also I heard that Finasteride Tablets IP 1 mg have side effects.. Please guide. Thank you very much..

It is a part of fungal infection spectrum. As a first line management you can apply ketoconazole lotion for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persists you can consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
