I really had very bad skin. i got dandruff, some ringworm, hand turn to itchy if washing dishes, finger so scalpy..
well I live in hot and wet Asian country called Brunei which is near to Singapore.

I think my dandruff are from my parent. they used to have bad dandruff but now, Its gone! and. me.... I got dandruff since I was 13...now I am 16 and having GCE Exam soon.

I got a lot of stress about my skin. I already go to doctor and give me some some 30g Aqueous Cream and soap for my scalpy hand... NOTHING WORK.

My stylish who always cut my hair for me, suggest me buy headnshoulder for my dandruff. and nelson ir whatever... nothing.. just nothing..

the onlu work is Epiderm Cream from Korea (mom bought for me last time) it work to eliminate that ugly ringworm..... I never know it was ringworm LOL I though it was dandruff grown in my leg..

well yes Im lack of exercise... I'm 170cm with 62kg Asian and 16...

I don't like to go outside cos If I exercise and get in hot some ugly itchy bump around my neck start praising to god but it gone if I cool down. I hate sport to. I like playing game...well that's my sport.
