I HAVE BEEN HAVING A PROBLEM WITH WEIGHT GAIN. NO MATTER WHAT I EAT OR DON T EAT, EXERCISE OR DON T EXERCISE THE WEIGHT DOESN T CHANGE. IT IS CAUSING PROBLEMS WITH MY BREATHING. I WAS TOLD SEVERAL YEARS AGO THAT I HAVE CYST ON MY OVARIES AND THAT WEIGHT LOSS MAY BE DIFFICULT FOR ME. I DO HAVE THE FACIAL HAIR GROWTH AND HAVE TO PLUCK OR WAX. WHAT CAN I DO TO TREAT THESE PROBLEMS?

Hi I think you should go for evaluation first. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries. You may need some hormonal treatment. If you have polycystic ovaries, you can try metformin and myoinositol and n acetyl cysteine containing tablet. Hope it helps
