Hello Sir, i am Vishwa 22 years old male.My penis is curved towards left because I masturbated large number of times from childhood. I am very thin even I take required food daily.My testicles are not in a proper manner left one got swell and the right one is good as it is.Can u please help me why my testicle got swelled and I think due to improper testicles am I thin or any other reason?

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, you need to get it reviewed by a urologist for testicular disproportion as you experienced.

The small penile curve is normal in many individuals but any tendons injury should be ruled out.

A small difference in descent between both testes is normal but any pathologies like hernia or hydrocele should be ruled out on ultrasound and urologist review.
