Suggest Treatment For Cramps When Having Ovarian Cyst
Hi , i recently had surgery over the summer for having a 7cm dermoid cyst in my right ovarie . Doctors have mentioned that this type of cyst is reproductive . Today I have been feeling all day like I have cramps . Severe cramps , also feeling like I have not ate in a month and I have ate about 4 times today . I m feeling the pain is getting worst and I don t know what this could be related to because I don t have the symptoms of a uti and also don t ahve the symptoms of a cyst? Please help with suggestions ?
Hi, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Dermoid cysts carry all sort of tissue within them and if you can attach the biopsy report of the tumor, I will be able to tell you whether there is any reproductive tissue seen. The cyst develops from a primary oocyte and hence, can give rise to all sorts of tissues like hair, bones, teeth, neural tissue, sebaceous material etc. Your cramps can be of several origins, including tubal, intestinal or uterine. Relief can be had with an anti-spasmodic. If there is no vomiting, fullness or diarrhea or constipation, gastric cause can be excluded. Other causes can be excluded through clinical exam, sonogram and urinalysis. Hope this helps.
