Suggest Treatment For Cramps And Nerve Pain In The Shoulder
Thank you, I have what feels like a pinched nerve in my right shoulder. After initial pain, 3 days on right hand was profoundly weakened. Now a week, activity causes cramplike pain under shoulderblade and down the arm. Should I be aggressively trying to loosen this up, or wait for subsidence?
