Suggest Treatment For Cramps And Lower Back Pain

Hey there, I recently have been experiencing weird symptoms. I have no time to get myself to the doctors due to the fact I work go to school. I m a 20year old, female, 5 7, 175pounds, no past or complicated health issues besides your common cold or flu in the past. For the past month i ve experience really bad cramps, lower back pain, spotting, burning pee so i did have a bit of a pregnancy scare and ive been stressed so i thought it could of been that to add to why my period was a week late, when I finally got my period yesterday it was weird watery and brown so i thought okay probably old blood. Its heavier than ive ever had and between a lot of brown and slight red a lot of clots but also what mainly concerned me was today - I had a brown water discharge from my anus - I thought I had diarrhea in my pants so that made me very awkward and uncomfortable to onlly use the toliet to see that it was just liquid pouring out. Im having cramps and i feel uncomfortable from time to time. I want just wait it out but i m not sure if that is wise. What should I do!?

For lower back pain you can take some pain killer like biozobid-plus or osteonac-th along with some calcium supplements like shalcal-d or toscal-gem once daily. You can use volini or powergesic-plus gel for local application. Do some physiotherapy exercises after an expert opinion of therapist. Also sleep on a plain surface.
