It has antibiotic, antihistamine, mucolytic, anti allergic and cough suppressant drugs. All these are appropriate drugs for pneumonia in children. You need to watch for fever and crying. If your baby is crying alot and develops fever (high grade) then we should change the antibiotic. If he is doing good then finish the total course of treatment. Hope I have solved your query.
