General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic....

Here in chest x ray you are having density...
Fever and cough also present...
So possibility of acute bronchitis or lung parenchyma infection can be there...

Your work up needed with sputum cytology examination and CBC examination...

Your auscultation should also be done...

You need antibiotic course as density Is present... Like cefixime like antibiotic course....

For fever paracetamol can be given..

Steam inhalation will be useful...

Salt water gargles done....

Take one tsp turmeric powder with milk daily...

If needed ekg also done...

Advise : consult pulmonologist for examination and further work up
