Suggest Treatment For Cough And Cold

HI, my 2 year old daughter is suffering from cough n cold for the past 2 weeks. One doctor gave her amnicortil forte and dilo bm and the other doc suggested antibiotics - clavam for 7 days. Since we wanted to avoid cortisone we started the anti biotic , but theres very lil improvement. Should we stop that and start on omnicortil?

I think your child is already taking appropriate medicine omnacortil should be avoided instead you should give your child anti allergic syrup allergex 0.5 tsf twice daily. If she is having fever then start syrup paracetamol 0.5 tsf thrice daily. Also give her water boiled and added with ginger and honey. (Brew)
