Suggest Treatment For Corpus Luteal Cyst

Left ovarian corpus luteal cyst, Endometrial echo consistent with the secretory phase of the menstrual cycle. This is commensurate with the expected thickness based on menstrual history. No uterine masses are seen. What does all mean? Should I be worried? Would it stop me from getting pregnant pls?

its just a functional cyst which can be dissolve by it self ,it just effect the menstrual cycle not the pregnancy and if it effect the pregnancy that depends upon the size of cyst.
