Hello and thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. In my practice i see a lot of patients with your symptoms. Usually those are correlated with an
urinary tract infection and with a dose of antibiotic they go away.
Usually an urinary tract infection (UTI) has these symptoms and depending from the kind of bacteria, the response of your immune system, you might feel other symptoms like these below (don't worry if you have one or more of these symptoms):
-Strong and frequent urge to urinate.
-smelling urine
-blood in your urine
-lower abdominal (pelvic region) pain
-back pain
-fever
If i was your doctor,i would start you on antibiotics. A fluoroquinolone like
Ciprofloxacin 500 mg x2 per day,for 5 days with do the job and will get rid of the infection and an urinal culture to confirm the diagnosis.
I suggest to have a lot of fluids and if possible to drink some chamomile tea ,Horsetail and Dandelion Tea. These tea are natural antiseptics and help the bladder to fight the infection.
I suggest you check up with your family doctor to take the recipe and do the urinal culture.
Feel free to contact me any time.
Wishing you good health.
