Suggest Treatment For Constipation

Sir, I am 49 old and for the last 5 years suffered with severe gas problem. I think it may be the reason that I got hemorrhoids(piles) I think for the last 3 years. I visited the doctor and used some medicines like calcium debosilate. But, for the past 3 months, suffered with bleeding during hard stool. Dr told me that small hemorrhoids are there in the anal. Then again visited the Dr, he opine that, it may be fishers and suggested medicines for the last 3 months. In addition to the calcium debocilate 500 mg (twice daily) using cremalax 10 mg for free motion. I use to take 5-6 litres per day and I am vegetarian. Daily I eat 2 or 3 seasonal fruits eventhough I am suffering with constipation. Please suggest me in this regard.

Well come to HCM
If this is hemorrhoid then constipation would be there and to manage the constipation would be important, and must, and for this, drink more water, have a fiber containing diet, keep the regular habit of defecation, for the hemorrhoid you can try "policresulen cream" if symptoms does not improved then surgery would be necessary, hope this information helps.
