Hi,

With the given details alone, it is difficult to comment on the cause of headache. You had any similar attacks in the past? Any family history of migraine? Is the headache only on one side, or all over the head? Any associated visual disturbance or photophobia?

Anyhow, try taking paracetamol or ibuprofen(if severe) after food 3 times a day for 3 days. For nausea, taking domperidone 10mg 2-3 times a day will help.

Also, take some rest, drink plenty of fluids, have good sleep and a soft diet. If not getting better in 3 days, kindly see your doctor for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK
