Hi,

It sounds like you may be experiencing some concerning symptoms that could potentially be related to your recent binge drinking and drug use. Palpitations, rapid heart rate, and cold sweats can be symptoms of a heart attack, but they can also be caused by other medical conditions such as arrhythmia, electrolyte imbalances, or anxiety.

Given the severity of your symptoms, you must seek medical attention right away. If you are unable to afford medical care, you may be able to find a free or low-cost clinic in your area. If you feel like your symptoms are becoming increasingly severe or you experience chest pain, it's important to call emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

In the meantime, it's important to avoid any substances that could potentially worsen your symptoms, including alcohol and drugs. It's also a good idea to stay hydrated and avoid any strenuous physical activity until you can get medical care.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

It is important to seek medical attention immediately if you are experiencing symptoms such as cold sweats, palpitations, and rapid heartbeat, as these could be signs of a serious medical condition such as a heart attack.

Given your history of heavy drinking and recent meth use, these symptoms may be related to a cardiac event. It is also possible that they could be related to withdrawal from alcohol or other substances.

I understand that you mentioned financial concerns, but it is important to prioritize your health and seek medical attention as soon as possible. Many hospitals have financial assistance programs for those who cannot afford medical care, and it is important to take advantage of these resources if needed.

Please call your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room immediately for evaluation and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
