General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of your baby seem to be related to a viral infection. I suggest to give Tylenol to treat the mild fever. I also suggest to use saline nasal drops to treat the congestion. I recommend to give your child liquids and rest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
