Suggest Treatment For Cold, Fever And Nasal Congestion

Hi Doctor my daughter 22 months old suffered bronchioles infection frequently from this September she got cold fever and congestion and fast breathing(30 breaths per minute) went Dr she gave nublizer was using in every 4 hours after 2 weeks become normal. again it came after a week so it keep on repeating in ever 3 weeks 10 days she is suffering from cold and congestion then 1 week normal how to treat this at home? How to reduce the mucus for her?

It could be a viral syndrome.

As a first line management antihistamines like cetirizine can be tried.

You can also take a nasal decongestant like xylometazoline or oxymetazoline.

If symptoms persist consult a physician and get evaluated.
