Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello,

Your concern is appreciated. The child is suffering for quite a few days now. With the development of a high fever, I will suggest seeing a pediatrician to rule out bacterial infections.

Get throat swab test for culture and sensitivity. For symptomatic relief, you can give him paracetamol and decongestant. It's a good thing that he is taking food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ratna Mulay
