Is there any treatment for Cluster Headaches?

I am 34yrs. old, weight=85 Kgs. Height=5'4". I have been suffering from headache since my graduation days. There is no definite pattern that I observed for these headaches. First it starts with a heavy head and reaches high degree of pain in a span of 10-15 mins. Lasts anywhere between 30 mins-2 days. During the pain I am sensitive to light and sound. Sometimes, the pain doesn't respond to medication and I vomit 1-4 times. For few years, the pain was only on the head (any one side) or back of head. These days, they hurt my eyebones more, around the ears till Jaw and back of head until neck. Now, the frequency is more probably 3-4 times in a week. I usually take Dolo-650 mg / Voveran or Combiflam during this pain. Also, we has an accident in the year 2002 and I had a swelling to my head on the righthand side top corner. Do you think this would have had some change in this impact of headache? Please advise. These head aches are impacting my daily work resulting in less producivity at work. Relatively my work pressure had also come down and I am not knowing reasons for these headaches? I could relate my symtoms to cluster headaches. Is that correct? If yes, is there any cure for this? - RS
