Suggest Treatment For Chronic Post Nasal Drip After A Balloon Sinuplasty

I have had the sinus balloon surgery a year ago. I still have chronic post nasal drip and since then I have began to snore or make loud breathing sounds. I continuously have tenderness between my right ear and the throat. When they did my procedure that also did a tubular cauterization. I am really wondering with the symptoms listed above could my adenoids actually be the source. I have had these issues for quite a long time. Please advise. Thank you!

Hello,

Continuous post nasal drip may be due to continuous irritation or allergy or infection or polyps may cause this problem.

You have to once again get examined by nasal endoscopy and X-ray of paranasal sinuses.

Please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
