What Causes Coughing Up Of Green Mucus With Post Nasal Drip?
i cough up green mucus constantly no fever. lots of post nasal drip...thick...since treated positive marcons in sinus with gentamycin spray had to stop treatment because too much post nasal drip two months this is going on but doesn not get worse or better...how can i cure it...what is t...did the marcons go to my chest?

It could be sinusitis with chronic infection. Antibiotics will be the treatment of choice.
Consult an ENT specialist and start on antibiotic. You can opt for a sputum culture and start antibiotics according to the culture results.
