I have chronic delibitating lower back pain that extends down through my knees. I can hardly walk across the room and it hurts. Same intolerable pain when I lay sit or stand. All med blood tests urine tests all imageings MRIs X-rays CTs biopsys...NORMAL. What is this? What s wrong with me?
Hello and welcome to HCM, Lower back pain which is moving down to the thighs can be due to sciatica. Sciatica is pain caused by compression of sciatic nerve. I suggest you to consult your orthopedician for clinical assessment and relevant investigations for diagnosis.
