Suggest Treatment For Chronic Lower Back Pain

I have chronic delibitating lower back pain that extends down through my knees. I can hardly walk across the room and it hurts. Same intolerable pain when I lay sit or stand. All med blood tests urine tests all imageings MRIs X-rays CTs biopsys...NORMAL. What is this? What s wrong with me?

Lower back pain which is moving down to the thighs can be due to sciatica.
Sciatica is pain caused by compression of sciatic nerve.
I suggest you to consult your orthopedician for clinical assessment and relevant investigations for diagnosis.
