Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. The narcotic substances you used (hope you are not using them now) must have weaned off from your system. Body know how to remove the foreign chemicals from your body. You need to exercise, drink lot of water and fruit juices and don't indulge in substance abuse. Secondly, I feel that you are being obsessive and promoting yourself with all sort of negative thinking like you are chronic fatigue, anxiety, problems keeping my balance and intestinal issues including no appetite. you may consult a psychiatrist if need be, but for the time being you need physical exercise and activities which are entertaining.
