General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your main problem can be gastritis. That will give bloating as well as constipation. So gastritis should be managed initially. Taking proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole and motility enhancers like domperidone will be helpful for your condition. You can also take probiotics. Avoid spicy, fried and fatty foods. Drink lukewarm water. Avoid carbonated drinks, alcohol and coffee. Tea can be taken in moderation. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
