General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As your son is suffering from fever, cough, and stuffy nose, it may be due to bacterial infection.

For that, your son may require antibiotics like tab azithromycin, tab paracetamol, saline nasal drops etc after consulting his pediatrician

Along that maintain proper hygiene, proper hydration, do steam inhalation for a stuffy nose.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
