Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain, Black Out Spell And Vomiting

My husband suffered what we thought was a heart attack ( has had two heart attacks) but all the blood work said not a heart problem. He passed out from pain in his chest - pressure then pain. He was out cold, eyes rolled back in his head and gurgling. He then threw up and started to feel better. I called the ambulance because I was sure it was another heart attack. They are saying that it is a gastric problem. I am not so sure after witnessing two other heart attacks with similar symptoms.

1.Angina ( but ER has ruled it out after diagnostic tests)
2.Severe Anemia (low Hemoglobin), low Red Blood Cells
3.Low Glucoe Levels as in diabetics or in otherwise healthy persons.
4. Gastroenteritis
