I went through your details. Spordiac chest and shoulder and neck pain are always an integral symptom of anxiety and stress. As you completed chest related medical check ups and your doctors said you are perfect, you need not to worry in that angle. Instead understand stress and anxiety. Educate yourself on those apects. Consult a psychologit who will educate you, diagnose you properly and provide you with coping techniques and therapies. Don't worry. Anxiety is hundred percent curable.
