Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain chapped lips along with cracking of corners of lips known as Angular Chelitis can occur due to a number of causes like Chronic dehydration, Deficiencies of Iron and Vitamin B12, bacterial or Fungal infection etc..

I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations to rule out for infection can help in diagnosis and treatment can be advised according to the cause confirmed..
As of now you can apply a thick coat of Petroleum jelly over the.lips..
You can also apply beeswax containing lip balm as both of these can help in locking moisture over the lips and maintain lubrication..
Do cool compresses over the lips.
Drink plenty of water..
Avoid excessive sun exposure and always apply a SPF 15 containing lip balm...
You can exfoliate your lips with a gentle scrub..
Avoid sucking or licking the lips .
Do not let moisture or saliva to accumulate at the corners of lips as it can cause infection..
You can apply a combination of antifungal and antibiotic ointment at the corners of lips..
Take multivitamins daily..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
