If in your case that is HBeag negative , your HBV DNA level high that is more then 2000 IU per ml and elevated liver enzymes then antiviral drug given as case is active stage... But in your case active stage not present. So No need for drug use.... Here are few advise for you.... Regular follow up needed as we want to prevent liver complications. Take low fat diet.... Trans fat like junk foods , meat , cheese , pestries etc kept limited.... Avoid alcohol if habit.... Take good foods for liver like....... -carrot -beet roots -golden seal -bitter gourd -arugula -chicory -aloe vera juice -papaiya etc....
