Suggest Treatment For Burning In Urethera During Urination

Ithink my boyfriend scratched my urethra when he was fingering me. I checked and it looks white around the urethra in certain parts and looks a like a healing cut near it. I'm not sure on what I should do. It itches and burns a little but not when I pee

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
I think it is scratching/friction injury or urethritis.
Take following advice:
Apply liquid based lotion that contain vitamin and minerals
Apply neomycin ointment
Avoid sex till you get better
Don't scratch area
Avoid scented pads or toilet paper, and douches
Use water and a plain soap to regularly clean your external genital area once/twice daily
Wipe from front to back after urination
Wear pure cotton loose panties and change every day.
Use condoms during sexual intercourse.
Apply a water-based lubricant before having sex.

Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
