Suggest Treatment For Burning And Tingling Sensation On Head

I have been having a burning tingling sensation on the top of my head now for about a month. I had it back in April and was given Symbalta and it helped. I went off in August and the sensation didn t reappear until recently. I lost my mom in October and my previous dr told me in August that my thyroid level was out of wack. Could this be a thyroid issue?

Peripheral neuropathy might be a manifestation of thyroid dysfunction. However it could also be a manifestation of trigeminal neuralgia. Tablets containing Pregabalin or amitryptyline may be started after consulting your doctor.Regards
