Suggest Treatment For Bumps On Forearm And Eyebrow While Having Anxiety

I ve had severe health anxiety for the past 3 months. Thankfully, my anxiety has subsided but the muscle pain has set in. While massaging my body and head, I ve discovered 2 bumps. One on top of my forearm under the skin (feel like maybe on the muscle). It s the size of a BB or pea size and only hurts when I press on it. The other bump is on my brow bone above my right eyebrow. It doesn t hurt at all. Just discovered it while massaging my head trying to get rid of a 4 day long headache. Could these be stress knots ? I ve felt of knots before after working out or something but these are more on the bump side and not knots.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
regarding the bump on your brow bone which is totally asymtomatic you need not worry.it may be small lymph node which you need to attend if symtoms are there.regarding the bump on fore arm can also be a little lymph node enlargement or lipoma. it is not painful but only hurts when pressed is some thing you need to keep under observation if it is increasing in size or becomes painful then it is alarming and you need to consult a dr,other wise these will subside .you need to have timely balanced diet and exercise which will keep you fit and will reduce your anxiety.meditation also helps in reducing anxiety along with diet low in salt and oil.daily having 2-3 overnight soaked badam with skin is also helpful.
