Suggest Treatment For Bump On Penile Shaft

I have a small bump on the shaft of my penis near where my penis meets my testicles. It feels hard at the touch and the skin seems a little elevated. At first I thought it was an ingrown hair and tried popping it and a small Amount of puss came out. The bump comes and goes but never fully goes away. Often times the skin in the area seems kinda oily and slimy at the touch and the skin often sheds. Still nonetheless, the hardness of the bump is still there and never goes away but it s not really painful. It looks kinda like a cystic acne bump would look but I don t think that s what it is. I ve had it for at least 1 month! Help!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the lesion is contains the pus then it may be infection whatever may be the lesion it is cyst, boil, small lymph node and other, here the first thing is it need to be managed with antibiotic and best would be "Tab Cefdinir 300 mg" twice in day for 10 days "Povidone Iodine" cream can be used locally hope this information helps.
