Suggest Treatment For Bulging Vein In The Palm Of Hand

About three months ago I had a pretty severe car crash, although It seemed I managed to escape with no injuries, however since then I have noticed a strange bulging vein in the palm of my hand. It's just left of my thumb on my right hand and it gets very sore, and I often feel a kind of pins and needles feeling in it. It has a very strong pulse which although on the surface it looks clear, rather than a blueish colour as veins usually are. The pain gets worse when I use my hand e.g. When I drive, write or eat, and the pain can often extend into my wrist and arm like a dull aching. I have scoured the Internet for some explanation but can't find anything anywhere! Please help! Thank you, Paige.

this is not might be the related to the vein you see..it can be what is called carpal tunnel syndrome where the nerve is entraped at the wrist
