OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Take pain killer, ware soft support bra, give hot compression to breast and lower abdomen. Check for location of merina. If it hurts more, disturbs your routine or the pain is for a longer time then change the method of contraceptive.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Richa Agarwal, OBGYN
