Suggest Treatment For Bowel Grumble

I have felt utterly exhausted for about 6 weeks. I can't concentrate, my bowels grumble constantly and my bowel movements are unpredictable and never a complete evacuation. My skin is often itchy, I have earache and headaches and I have heartburn. I got my bloods checked and My thyroid, kidney and liver functions are fine as is my bone profile. I had stool cultures and they show no parasite infections. My blood pressure is borderline high at 141/94 and this is not usual for me.

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
The basic cause of all the symptoms like exhaustion, rumbling abdomen, unpredictable bowel movements for 6 weeks, lack of concentration can be related to intestinal problems like Typhoid or so.
Hence it is very important to go for the following:
Clinical evaluation, examination and necessary investigations of blood, stool, urine and ultrasonography of abdomen can help to get a proper diagnosis and management.
Earache and headache can be due to cold or secondary to reduced immunity as you have problems for 6 weeks, a long time to suffer from.
Till then take plenty of oral fluids to keep proper hydration, electrolyte solutions.
You may need a blood culture and sensitivity.
Any further investigations and carpet therapy should be started along with symptomatic and supportive treatment with probiotics, multivitamins and so on.
