Hi,

It sounds like you have a complex visual condition that requires the expertise of a neuro-ophthalmologist. While patching is a common treatment for diplopia, there may be other options available depending on the underlying cause of your condition.

Some potential treatments for diplopia and blurry vision include prisms, vision therapy, and surgery. It is important to discuss your case with a neuro-ophthalmologist or other qualified eye specialist who can perform a thorough evaluation and recommend appropriate treatment options based on your specific needs and circumstances.

In the meantime, it may be helpful to prioritize self-care and stress reduction techniques, such as getting plenty of rest, practicing relaxation exercises such as yoga or meditation, and maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine. It may also be helpful to work with a vision therapist who can provide exercises and strategies to help improve your visual function and reduce your symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
