General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Seemingly early signs of internal hemorrhoids.

Primary care till you meet your consultant surgeon for the diagnosis with proctoscopy examination.

My guidelines are as below
- take more amount of fresh curd, green leafy veg
- avoid commercial non-veg kinds of stuff, junk foods, spices, dairy fat
- sitz bath on a regular basis.

- local application of (Xylocaine) over the anal part after sitz bath and also after passing stool
- laxative as picosulfate or else in case of acute constipation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
