General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation your son is facing.

The spots/blisters he is having all over his body are due to bacterial infection as long as his doctor prescribed penicillin to treat it.

Apart chest pain, is he also having difficulty in breathing?

The chest pain he is having might be related to possible:
- lung infection (chest X-ray is advised together with respiratory function test).
- allergic reaction to penicillin he is taking
- heart problems (ECG, echocardiogram advised to rule it out)

I highly recommend to consult with your physician to exclude the above-mentioned problems through specific tests as advised earlier.

All the best!
