Suggest Treatment For Blisters Caused Due To Athletes Foot

I am a 49 year old male that has been plagued with athletes foot for 46 of those years. I have tried every over the counter cream and spray that could be bought along with a multitude of prescribed medications. I get on occasion
Small blisters that develop just below the skin than itch like crazy. The blisters tend to be localized along the heel of my hands and along the insides of my fingers. My athletes foot has been so bad in the past that the tissue has been turned white and sloughed off to the point that bone has been exposed. Is there a chance that this has migrated through my blood stream ?

Hello,
Thanks for your query.
you need to apply a topical steroid cream like clobetasol over the affected areas atleast twice a day. Keep the feet moisturized. Apply a good moisturizer on your feet atleast two to three times a day. Avoid rubber or plastic footwear. Wear leather or canvas shoes only.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
