I have been having bright red blood spotting after a BM when about 1 week prior to menstrual cycle for last 4 -5 months. only directly after bm with wiping on tissue and in toilet but rest of day nothing. also about this time intercourse is more tenderness than normal and always with mucus blood tinged, but again nothing after . cycle starts approx. 5 days later and is heavy (3-4 tampons saturated) per day, for 2 days then finished. have abdominal cramping that is intense like during teenage years. my fsh is 1.2, estradiol is 116 and progesterone is 8.2. I have been moody, irritable, hair loss, lack of energy, very tired, some forgetfulness, trouble concentrating, weight gain or maintaining current weight when eating half as before and with less fats, sugars, baked goods.
