hai,
frequent Bladder infection will occur in poor and unhygienic way of managing the external genital parts.
diabetes will cause frequent infection in urinary tract. kindly rule the blood sugar level.
if your partner got some infection in his genital organ possibility of transmission is more while on intercourse.

If your are free from diabetes and other systemic problems ,proper hygiene ,high amount of water intake will keep you away from urinary tract infection.
